Nursery Ideas

I created an Idea Board for the Nursery to organize and help visualize my ideas! I'm still thinking about adding a splash of third color perhaps a blue/green, grey or even green. Plus, I'm still on the hunt for a mobile and storage ideas but that will have to wait until we move and the room dimensions are confirmed.

Week 22

This Week we could feel the baby kick when touching my belly.. She likes to party.. kicking only at 3am when I'm trying to sleep on my back.. It was pretty cool.


She weighs about 1lb and is about 11 inches think the size of a spaghetti squash.


We still like Abigail but have also thought about Anabella! 

Pink Flowers for a little girl

Grandpa Cliff, Thank you so much for the pink flowers. Mommy is thinking of making my room pink too. It will be pinkalicious.

Week 21

Welcome to Week 21! Strangers on the street have commented on my little belly, I've started pre-natal yoga and the baby is now the size of a banana!
She also has a lifetime of supply of eggs in her womb about 6 million. Crazy.

Boy or Girl?

Dressed in our team colors, we headed out to our ultrasound to see Baby D.

We were super excited to see Baby D that we couldn't sleep all night .. oh wait maybe that's because the cat was chasing a mouse all night.. seriously, not joking. David intervened and promised me that he was going to throw the mouse over the neighbor's fence. 

Introducing Baby Girl Dilworth!

 Today was one of the biggest day in our lives, as we caught the first glimpse of Baby Girl Dilworth. She is quite the lady with her feet crossed at her ankles and her hand up to her forehead like a true southern belle in distress.
She looks healthy and our initial due date looks to be right on track around September 26.
She is 46% percentile for Week 20.

Week 20

Babies in Vegas are a theme in our family.. Here is shot of my Mom in Vegas with me in her belly.

We are now officially at the half way point with Week 20. Sometimes if feels like the past 5 months have seemed like an eternity and now I'm starting to get nervous if I will have enough time to get everything ready.
