Sitting Pretty

 Rolling is over rated.. I didn't once from my back to tummy and I don't need to do it again.

 Daddy is so funny. Although Mom tries to encourage a calm time before bed, Daddy always makes me laugh by playing peek a boo with my pajamas.

On Mar 26, I sat all by myself. Yeah!

Mommy has taken to calling me Little Miss Sunshine because I always have a smile on my face. 

 I'm always laughing.. and I have a sense of humor.

Girl Talk

 Slowly very slowly I am taking over the house.. Mom has put a big basket of toys in the living room and my jumper in the other living space.

 I like it when we lay out my toys on the living room carpet to play.

 I'm part Irish from both sides of my family.. which explains the red tones in my hair and fair skin. So I take St. Patty's day very serious!

 

Mommy's Lucky Charm. 

 My Cousin Kaylin picked me out the best gifts ever. I love my over the top hair bow, especially all the attention I get when I wear it out. Plus, I love to snuggle and chew on my Easter Bunny.

Every night before I go to bed, Mommy and I read books. I have some favorites which include Good Night Moon, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Elmo So Big, where Elmo pops out in 3D form on the last page.. which is really cool. I like to give Elmo kisses but don't tell anyone.

Sunday is the best. Its the one day of the week that I get to hang out with my two favorite peeps!

Thanks to my cousins in the south for the bigger than life hair bow, which surprising to Daddy I love wearing .. well, maybe I just love the attention I get wearing it.

 This is my bestie at school. Her name is Nora. She is two weeks older. We have lots of the same outfits, shoes and diapers. We work together on our milestones like sitting up.

 Sometimes .. we just kick back and talk about boys!

 I don't sleep much at school because I don't want to miss a thing.. Mom picks me up at 3pm and transfers me from the car seat to the crib where I sleep for two hours.

I like to sleep with a silky and sometimes two..

5 Months

 I'm fascinated by my hands.. I intently focus on looking at them from every angle, opening them wide, closing them.. putting them in my mouth..

 I have also just discovered my toes but they aren't as interesting as my hands..

 I love it when Daddy hangs me up side down or when he throws me in the air.. I have big belly laughs..

 I can hold balls or objects for a few seconds and transfer them between hands

 I love soft plush stuffed animals
