French Toast stuffed with cream cheese and raisins
Before my Dad became the Chef he is today.. our dinner repertoire included bake ziti, spaghetti, pizza and stuffed french toast.Yes, I said dinner because breakfast foods are good all day.
There are lots of variations.. you can use cinnamon or texas style toast but you always sprinkle cinnamon in your egg before dipping and then some extra on your bread while frying.
If you are going to eat stuffed french toast do it right.. don't skimp on the cream cheese and use real maple syrup.
